4 Blogs Featuring Employers Counsel Network Members Named to ABA Blawg 100

ABA Journal editors this week selected the popular That’s What She Said blog, Delaware Employment Law Blog, Work Matters, and Tex Parte Blog to be among the top 100 best websites by lawyers.

Now you can vote on your favorites among the Journal’s “Blawg 100.” To cast a total of 10 votes in any of the categories, go to www.abajournal.com/blawg100. Voting ends Dec. 31, 2009.

That’s What She Said is authored by attorneys at Ford and Harrison — a member firm of the Employers Counsel Network — and hosted on M. Lee Smith Publishers’ blog site, Employment Law Post.

Delaware Employment Law Blog is written by attorneys at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP — a member firm of the Employers Counsel Network — in Wilmington, Delaware.

Work Matters is authored by Mike Maslanka, an attorney at Ford and Harrison’s Dallas office — a member firm of the Employers Counsel Network. Mike also contributes to Tex Parte Blog.

“Each year, it’s gotten harder and harder to pick the 100 best blawgs because so many lawyers are now sharing their professional expertise online,” says Edward A. Adams, the Journal’s editor and publisher. “We’ve never had as strong a group of law blogs as we have this year.”

This is the third year the ABA Journal has sponsored the Blawg 100. That’s What She Said has been nominated to the Blawg 100 each of those years. This is the first year Delaware Employment Law Blog, Work Matters, and Tex Parte Blog have been named to the list.

Again this year, you can go vote for your favorite in each of the ABA’s 10 categories. The winners will be announced in the February edition of the Journal. To vote, go to www.abajournal.com/blawg100/2009. If you are not already registered with the ABA’s website, you will need to do that (http://www.abajournal.com/register). You do not have to be a lawyer to vote — the polls are open to fans or followers of any of the 100 blogs. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.

Winners in each category will receive free admission to the annual ABA TechShow, March 25-27 in Chicago.
