  1. I like the STOP, LOOK and LISTEN approach and many failed because of the rush in making decision to fire a so called poor performer without considering many important factors. As a professional HR, we have to try removing the emotion from the decision making process.

    1. I was a employee for I hop in Los lunas new Mexico. I was hired to fix the internal problems. I wasn’t even there long enough to fix the problems. Before the manager tried to put me on grave yards 6 days a week.the next thing I know I was terminated. Because the manager felt threatened by me being there. I feel this is unjustified.
