Chipotle Serving Up Continuing Education Opportunities for Its Employees

Chipotle Mexican Grill has paired up with Guild Education to provide up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement for employees who enroll with select university partners; employees may also be eligible for up to $5,815 in federal financial aid.

The program is open to all Chipotle crew members who have 12 months of continuous employment, in addition to all hourly and all salaried managers and staff. Additionally, spouses, partners, and children of Chipotle employees are also eligible for up to $5,815 in federal financial aid (depending on household income and assets) and discounts at Guild’s university partners.

Guild Education offers tuition assistance programs that allow companies to offer education as a strategic employee benefit. According to Guild’s website, its programs “improve recruitment and retention efforts, while supporting the goals and aspirations of employees.”
