NLRB Delays Poster Requirement To January 31

The NLRB has delayed until January 31 its final rule requiring most private-sector employers to post the new “Employee Rights” poster. The original deadline had been November 14 of this year.

The deadline has been moved, according to the NLRB, to “allow for enhanced education and outreach to employers, particularly those who operate small and medium sized businesses.” No other changes have been made to the rule.

While the later deadline gives you a bit more time to get your act together, if needed, there’s no need to delay your posting if you’re already set to roll. Click here for info on our fantastic California Required Notices Package, which includes the new NLRB poster, required pamphlets, and more.
