By Lisa Johnson

Companies need to move their employees for many reasons: in order to expand into new markets, to fill roles with technical skills, to manage projects, but also because employees increasingly want an adventure or a career change as a way of staying engaged. Each year how and why companies move their employees around the world shifts and this year is no exception. These shifts can come from any number of drivers including changing employee demographics, new technology, and the economy.

Here are three of the hottest trends that Crown World Mobility is seeing this year in the area of global mobility. Many themes are trends that impact not just mobility functions, but the larger HR strategy. It is definitely an exciting time to work in HR and to support business, employee, and family needs when it comes to mobility.
