Best-selling Author, Kevin Sheridan, will kick off the conference by giving you strategies and tactics for transforming your organization and creating a magnetic workplace culture. Sheridan will provide tips for building a team that is ready and able to take the organization to the next level, and you will receive an autographed copy of Sheridan’s book, Building a Magnetic Culture.

Olympic silver-medalist and Author John K. Coyle will launch day 2 of the conference speaking about how to apply design thinking in the workplace to help individuals and teams leverage their unique strengths to achieve exceptional performance. Coyle, a member of the 1994 speed skating relay team that won a silver medal for the United States, is the author of the book titled The Art of Really Living Through the Metaphor of Sport. He is also an NBC sports analyst, TEDx presenter, and founder and CEO of The Art of Really Living.
