Improve E-Learning Return on Investment (ROI) with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

With AI, you can automate what learning content will be relevant and distributed to each individual learner without having to manually track and predict who will need what and when they’ll need it. You can automate the distribution of learning content knowing that it will still always be effective for each learner on a personal level. You’ll also be able to implement AI to detect what learning content is working and resonating with your learners, as well as the content that’s not and what content needs to be updated. And you can use AI to uncover training gaps and inefficiencies that may otherwise go unnoticed, such as ineffective training modules, courses, content, technology, etc.
Essentially, with AI, you won’t have to waste valuable resources constantly testing out new learning content and technology that doesn’t and won’t work for your learners, as you’ll be able to quickly rectify and detect what won’t work. And your learners won’t have to waste their time reviewing learning content that doesn’t benefit them or resonate with them and their individual learning paths. Therefore, all the time and money you invest in developing learning content will yield high returns for your organization and for each individual learner, too.

Rely on AI to Better Allocate Your Resources

If you truly want to provide your learners with stellar learning experiences, make sure all your learning content and resources are effectively being organized, managed, and distributed on the back end with AI. Make sure each new piece of learning content you’re creating is actually needed and will be valuable to your learners. Ensure your AI is only distributing valuable and relevant learning content to each learner and that your staff and resources aren’t creating learning content that isn’t necessary or effective. With AI, you’ll no longer have to waste time wading through metrics and data to know what learning content you should be developing at a given time and who should be reviewing it. Let AI handle those analyses while you focus your energies on creating new and relevant content as needed.

Develop Automated and Relevant Learning Content Flows

With AI, you can designate when a learner can access certain learning content. For instance, you may require that a learner achieve a certain score on a quiz before moving on to the next module in an e-learning course. Or, you may want learners to have access to certain resources at various times throughout their learning experiences. Use AI to determine what learning content will be distributed to learners as they’re encountering and engaging with the learning material at their own paces. And have better control of your learning content flows with AI so that learners aren’t over- or underwhelmed by their individual learning experiences. With AI, they’ll only encounter learning material that’s relevant to their individual learning path when it makes the most sense for them.
AI for e-learning was created to drive great learning experiences. Use the tips above and in yesterday’s post to implement it effectively.
