“In today’s tight labor market, the candidate experience is paramount.” said Kate Donovan, Senior Vice President of ManpowerGroup Solutions and Global RPO President. “There is real competitive advantage for those companies who combine high tech and high touch in a way that is attractive and engaging to top talent. Career decisions are among the most important decisions people make and relationships matter.
