The latest edition of an annual workplace survey by Staples has found that employees strongly crave flexibility when it comes to where they work.
Among the findings, outlined in the infographic below, are that employees expect employers to offer them the opportunity to work remotely, that they crave more privacy (and fewer distractions) when working, and that they seem to be embracing the concept of flexible seating—or hotdesking—when they are working onsite/in the office.
