Question Pro is an online survey software provider that uses innovative technology to help its users generate the insights they need to make better business decisions. QuestionPro, in partnership with EQ Community, recently conducted a research study across hundreds of organizations to best understand diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in the U.S. today. The study found that 37% of overall workers would switch jobs to be part of a more inclusive culture.
