Performance reviews and appraisals have historically focused on improving performance by focusing employees on the alignment of their behaviors with company and department goals. They have also been used to evaluate where employees stand relative to one another for compensation purposes, promotion, and other uses.

However, this traditional approach has major downsides, including;

  • lowering employee engagement
  • pitting employees against one another
  • conflict and lack of cooperation
  • and lowered willingness to take risks leading to innovation

Join us on May 21st for a free webinar as we discuss how to approach performance management in highly effective new ways!

You’ll learn:
