The U.S. Department of
Labor (DOL) has launched a new web-based program to help employees locate and
collect back wages due to them. The program guides employees through a series
of questions that helps them learn whether a DOL investigation has determined
that they’re owed back wages. If it appears that back wages are owed, employees
are prompted to answer additional questions. You can find the program on the
DOL’s Wage and Hour Division’s web page at www.wagehour.dol.gov.
