Smith brings with him a wealth of experience—a licensed private investigator, he has served in the background screening and human resources outsourcing industries for nearly 15 years. His previous positions include; Chief Executive Officer at USA-FACT , Chief Operating Officer, Background Screening at Kroll Background Screening and Chief Executive Officer at InfoLink Screening Services. He received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University.
