“I had a fairly new manager of our California office call me for advice. She said she walked by the conference room and one of the staff members had his shoes off and was clipping his toenails. She was disgusted but wasn’t sure how to handle it.
“I suggested she speak with him about keeping personal hygiene at home. But I was amazed someone would actually do that!”
