ManpowerGroup has released its Q1 2018 Employment Outlook Survey findings based on results from a survey of over 11,000 employers across the U.S.
The survey revealed key insights, such as:
- S. employers have the strongest Q1 hiring intentions in over a decade. In fact, 21% of employers are planning to hire in the coming quarter.
- The transportation and utilities sectors are reporting the strongest payroll increases since the survey started in the first quarter of 1982.
- Employers in construction and the durable goods manufacturing sectors forecast the strongest outlooks in more than a decade.
