Pages of HR: Rethinking Organizational Leadership

The Great Resignation is still making waves as employee turnover continues to spike globally. After spending more than 18 months at home, many employees have had time to think about what’s most important to them when it comes to work/life balance. For many this includes flexibility, working from home, and spending more quality time with their loved ones. As a result, many HR leaders and organizations continue to work diligently to develop and implement organizational retention strategies, while re-thinking the role of leadership in a post-pandemic operating model.

In the eighth episode of Pages of HR, we are pleased to be joined by Amy Kates, co-founder of Kates Kesler, a trusted organizational design consultancy which was acquired by Accenture in 2020. She is the co-author of five of the leading books in the field of organization, including the recently published book, Networked, Scaled, and Agile. Listen in as we discuss how to shape organizations that will enable people to make faster and better decisions in a more complex world.
