Meal Period Decision Depublished

In the May 2008 issue
of CWHA, we reported on a California appeals court decision refusing to certify a meal
and rest break class action involving truck drivers for H.F. Cox of Bakersfield. Since then,
the California Supreme Court has declined to review the appellate ruling.
However, the high court ordered the appellate decision to be depublished, which
means other courts cannot rely on the ruling.
