Perks like catered lunches, complimentary massages, free gym memberships, and unlimited vacation days are becoming increasingly common as organizations strive to attract and retain talented people.
However, these lavish perks fail to connect with the core of what really cultivates employee satisfaction. The key to earning employee trust, keeping them happy, and reducing churn is actually much simpler: recognition.
