Just how important are benefits to your employees? How much responsibility do you, as an employer, have for providing benefits?
How well do your employees understand the benefits you provide? And how prepared are employers to face the administrative and compliance requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?
These are just a few of the many perceptions that can be analyzed through the lens of the Guardian Workplace Benefits Study: Third Annual. The study presents findings from two online surveys of benefits decision makers (employers) and from a survey of 1,706 benefits plan participants aged 22 and older who work full time for a U.S. company with at least five employees.
