Earlier this year, the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Wage and Hour Division published an Administrator’s Interpretation addressing joint employment under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA).
