    ability to motivate the potential employee to respond openly and
    honestly. The interviewer must develop rapport and encourage
    cooperation while minimizing suspicion, hostility, and embarrassment.
  • Favorable personality traits for interviewers include sincerity,
    integrity, and the ability to get along with all types of people.
