Spoiler Alert: Highest Paid Actress Complains About Gender Gap

It’s no secret Jennifer Lawrence has been complaining about pay equality in Hollywood, but is it a coincidence that she’s also the highest paid actress?

According to Forbes, Lawrence made headlines this year when Wikileaks revealed that she and her female American Hustle costar, Amy Adams, received a lower cut of profits than their male costars. It was leaked that Bradley Cooper, Christian Bale, and Jeremy Renner all received a nine percent cut of the profits, while Lawrence and Adams only received a seven percent cut.

Forbes recently announced its list of the 18 highest paid actresses in Hollywood and, while I’ve already ruined the number 1 spot, you’ll be shocked to see who else made the list.
