For four years, now, SilkRoad has delivered its annual State of Talent Management Talent Talk Report, which compiles and analyzes data from thousands of HR and talent management professionals to determine what trends, themes, and disruptors are driving change in our profession.
For the 2016 report, SilkRoad conducted a series of six surveys designed to address HR’s “progress, plans for the future, and readiness to tackle the novel changes ahead in the new world of work.”
