  • Any content unsuitable for the HR Daily Advisor audience
  • Any sales content that solely serves only promotional purposes
  • Articles that have already been published elsewhere. We consider personal blogs “already published.”

How Do I Submit A Human Resource Article?

lease send your Human Resource articles and the following information to HRPosts@BLR.com, and include the following information, in the following order:

  • Human Resource Author
    • Full Name
    • Email
    • Short Bio (preferably LinkedIn bio)
    • Professional Picture (link or attachment)
    • LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Company’s URLs
  • Human Resource Article Title
    Provide a title of no more than 75 characters.
  • HR Article Teaser Content
    Provide 3 to 5 sentences, briefly describing what the article is about.
  • HR Content
    Use subheading, structured paragraphs with bullets and numbers, as well as bold and italics for emphasis. We reserve the right to edit your article to fit our audience.
  • Images
    Provide images suitable to your content at 72dpi as either a link, or an attachment. Main Image: 400px x 400px. You must own the rights to the image, or have permission to use the image. If necessary, indicate the source of the image for credits purposes.
  • External Links
    Provide external links related to your content. Irrelevant/promotional links will prevent us for publishing your article.
  • References
    Provide references, if applicable.
  • Copyright
    You must be the copyright owner of the submitted article.
  • Length
    The ideal article length is 500 to 1000 words.
  • Format
    The article should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) as an attachment.
  • Keywords
    Include a list of keywords (at least 3) that will enable our readers to find additional information.


After you submit your HR Article

  • We will let you know when we will publish it.
  • We will send you a URL one day prior to posting.
  • You will be featured as an HR Daily Advisor Blogger.
  • We will conduct a broad Social Media Campaign to all HR Daily Advisor social media distribution channels.
  • We will link to your social media profiles on (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
