Arkansas, Delaware, and Michigan have updated leave laws.
Arkansas has updated its leave laws to include leave for educational activities for public employees. Full-time state employees are entitled to up to 8 hours’ leave per calendar year to engage in and travel to and from their children’s educational activities.
Delaware has updated its leave laws to include leave for domestic violence, sexual offenses, and stalking. Michigan has updated its leave laws to include leave for court appearances for crime victims.
