Employees are happier with their benefits when a wellness program is offered—and happier still when that wellness program includes a financial wellness component, according to a new survey released by Four Seasons Financial Education (FSFE).
The 2016 Employee Financial Wellness Survey included feedback from 554 employees around the United States. Employees with a wellness program that also included financial wellness rated their benefits at an average of 7.66—a satisfaction increase of 39.5% over the employee group without any wellness program at work.
