A number of the sessions at WorldatWork’s 2016 Total Rewards Conference touched on—and sometimes focused significantly on—the importance of effective communication with employees regarding their benefits.
In an engaging session titled “The Case for Financial Wellness,” Jennifer Benz, Founder and CEO of Benz Communications, and Brant Suddath, Director of Compensation at the Home Depot, advocated for providing financial wellness services to your employees while making sure they are getting full use of everything you already offer.
In other words, make sure your employees truly understand—and take advantage of—all of your financial benefits such as Flexible Savings Accounts (FSAs) and 401(k)s.
