President Obama’s term is coming to an end, and with that, it’s time for his children to go to college, enter the workforce, and make something of themselves. The New York Times is reporting that daughter Malia will be attending Harvard in the fall of 2017, as she plans to take a much deserved “gap year” this fall. Malia has already interned in the showbiz world not once, but twice.

Where does that leave Natasha (Sasha), you ask? Since Sasha is only 15 years old, that doesn’t leave her many options, and college is definitely out of the question right now. So what else is someone in her age group supposed to do? Babysitting seems like a viable option. Even being a camp counselor isn’t that far-fetched. However, Sasha’s new gig isn’t something we would have seen coming!
This summer, Sasha Obama is working the register and bussing tables at Nancy’s Restaurant, a seafood restaurant in Martha’s Vineyard. TMZ is reporting that Sasha will work for a week, about 4 hours a day, and could take home about $12 to $15 per hour, plus tips. Have no fear, though. Sasha also comes with six guards, who sit outside the restaurant and give her room to work.
Somehow, it seems Sasha got the short end of the stick on this one.
