The skills gap is putting many employers in a pickle when it comes to hiring top talent in all industries. One industry, in particular, is having extreme difficulty finding talent with business analytics skills. Robert Half conducted a recent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) survey, which includes responses from more than 1,100 CFOs at companies in the United States with 20 or more employees. It also conducted a survey for the Jobs and AI Anxiety report includes responses from 250 accounting and finance managers in the United States. This infographic was created using data from both surveys developed by Robert Half and conducted by independent research firms. The key findings are highlighted below.
