HR Works Presents HR Work Break: Pay Transparency and the Workforce’s New Needs

Guests: Kathleen Quinn Votaw, CEO of TalenTrust

Pay transparency is a growing phenomenon in the HR space, especially in the past 2 years. More frequently than ever, employees are leaving jobs for better benefits and compensation. Starting November 1, 2022, New York City will require employers with 4 or more workers to post the minimum and maximum pay range for any job within the city.

In this episode of HR Work Break, I’m joined by Kathleen Quinn Votaw, CEO of TalenTrust, a strategic recruiting and human capital consulting firm. She is also the author of DARE to CARE IN THE WORKPLACE: A Guide to the New Way We Work. Listen in as we discuss pay transparency and the needs of today’s workforce.
